This website describes the JAYANZ digital business ecosystem founded by Jayan Prabhakar. By using the website, you agree to these terms. The website presents information about the business models for consideration; it does not itself constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The JAYANZ name, the Pre-Consulting Model™, Digital Business Model™, and Mastermind Model™ designations, website content, methodologies, and materials are the property of JAYANZ and its founder. Materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Descriptions of Products and Services

The website describes three signature business models. Each model's purpose, investment, and payment structure are presented on its own page. No specific business or financial result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, expertise, implementation, market conditions, and other factors.

Payment and Subscription Terms

Pre-Consulting Model™: a one-time payment of ₹99,999 providing lifetime access to the content and resources explicitly included in the official program terms. Lifetime access refers to that included content and does not imply lifetime personal support, future updates, live sessions, or other benefits unless the official offer specifies them.

Digital Business Model™: an annual subscription of ₹3,00,000 per year. The official offer terms specify the subscription period, included services, meeting frequency, support arrangements, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions.

Mastermind Model™: an annual subscription of ₹25,00,000 per year, offered through an application process. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Admission criteria and included deliverables are specified in the official program terms.

No purchase can be completed directly on this website. Payment arrangements are confirmed only after a verified consultation or application process, and only through a payment provider connected by JAYANZ.

Access and Delivery

Access arrangements for each model — how content, sessions, and support are delivered — are described in the official offer terms of that model before any payment is made.

Renewal and Cancellation

Annual subscriptions renew per the terms of the official offer, which state the renewal period and any notice requirements for cancellation. The one-time Pre-Consulting Model™ payment is not a subscription and does not renew. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for treatment of refunds and cancellations.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and applications, to respect the intellectual property described above, and to engage professionally in any consultation, community, or program context.

Limitations and Disclaimers

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAYANZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in a business model. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
